Chair Yoga Classes
This class offers all the benefits of a regular class but without the need to get up and down from a mat. The emphasis for these classes is ‘if you don’t use it you lose it’ so the aim is to help improve mobility so that you can stay active for longer. The class will begin with a variety of breath practices to help relax and improve lung function. We then bring in a variety of movements to build strength, flexibility and mobility. You can expect to leave the class feeling relaxed. Classes are suitable for those new to yoga or more experienced in yoga but can’t use a mat or who need a mixture of mat/ chair based yoga. People with pre-existing health conditions are welcome as all exercises can be adapted for you to progress at your own pace.WHEN:

All sessions are pay as you go
£6.60 per session or £55.00 for 10 studio sessions
(Studio tickets can be used for any class)
